The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to install and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by the Company and/or its licensors.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including trademarks, source code, designs, and proprietary elements, are owned by the Company or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or intellectual property rights in the Software.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with all systems.
